Fuel tank sealants are a real opinion splitter, even my dad told me not to use it!
The theory is that modern Ethanol fuels will eat the epoxy and clog your fuel filter, and that to whole coating will peel off over time, so I could only give it a go and find out.
I used the kit on my Honda CB550 restoration, the tank was incredibly rusty inside after decades inside an American barn. I have to say to kit did a really really good job of getting rid of the rust, much better than expected. I rinsed it out with de-mineralised water after to try and prevent re-rusting, but I did however get flash rusting immediately.

The application of the epoxy went smoothly, and it was fairly easy to get all surfaces coated inside the tank.
I will update this review over time to report back on the longevity of the kit.
